Two accounts for same e-mail

Hi,

I have a user who want to set up two accounts for the
same e-mail. One is for home the the second is for e-
mail. This is done to prevent having to always change
the outgoing mail servers each time. However, he ends up
receiving duplicate e-mails.

Also, even though he will set the work e-mail account as
his default whenever he replies to a note it will
sometimes but not always default to the home account and
sit in his outbox until he goes back into the note to
change the acount that it is sent from. I went in and
renamed the accounts "home" and "work" under the More
Settings => General tab but this did not solve this. Is
the only way to change the outgoing mail server each time?

Hi Chuck,
so he have 2 Names for 1 Account?
I dont understand the sense! Why dont he use two accounts?
