Deleting Mail Accounts in Outlook Express

C

Charles Matter

I recently changed web hosting accounts (including e-mail). When I
re-configured Outlook Express (I used the Outlook.. tools > e-mail accounts >
change accounts) I deleted the old mail server address. I'm receiving e-mail
fine from the new server, but when I log into Outlook Express or access
e-mail, the old server address password prompt pops up first. I can
sucessfully delete this pop-up then enter the password in the new mail server
pop-up, but it's a pain and I want to get the old one out.
The old server account is no longer listed in the list of accounts. Where
can I go to find and delete this completely?

Win XP Pro SP3
Dell Precision 360
Firefox (current)
Old Mail Host; Yahoo
New Mail Host: BlueHost

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
