One outgoing mail server for multiple e-mail accounts?

How do I setup one outgoing mail server for multiple e-
mail accounts?

My friend has two e-mail accounts - Yahoo and Islandnet.
He wants all outgoing mail to be sent through the
Islandnet account. Both e-mail accounts have their
outgoing mail servers listed as Islandnet. So
under "Internet E-mail settings" for each account the
Outgoing mail server is setup for Islandnet.

Some of his e-mail is still being sent through the Yahoo
mail server. Does anyone know why? Is there another place
within Outlook that specifies Outgoing mail servers? How
does he setup one outgoing mail server for all accounts?

Is there any way to automate the process so that no matter
what account the email is addressed to I can send it
through the Islandnet mail servers without doing the
manual selection process?

Also my friend tells me that any reply he sends to any
email (even if the original email was written to his
Islandnet e-mail address) seems to go via yahoo. Does
anyone know the cause of this? I had him remove the Yahoo
account and then put it back from scratch. Apparently the
problem is still there.

Thanks.

If an email comes to the Yahoo account, then a reply to
it will attempt to go through Yahoo. When you compose the
email, you should be able to click on the Accounts button
at the top of the mail page and decide which account it
will be sent under. Note that this will change the reply
address of the email.

I would double check his outgoing servers in both accounts. If mail is being
sent from the Yahoo outgoing mail server, Outlook is getting that server
info from somewhere.

I use the same setup - I have an EarthLink account and a Yahoo account. I
have both outgoing servers set use the EarthLink outgoing server and that's
the way it works. It doesn't matter which account is being used to send out
messages, they both use the outgoing EarthLink server.

I would have him delete the Yahoo account and then recreate it, being
careful to use Islandnet's outgoing server in the appropriate field.
