my boss has somehow redirected his incoming e-mail and now he cannot see it.
it is not in any of his folders. he is running outlook 2003. he is able to
send e-mail okay. when he receivess incoming e-mail, the progress bar shows
that he is actually receiving it but i don't know where it is being stored.
i checked the data file location, checked the folder location under accounts,
even tried changing those. don't know where the e-mail is going.

Go to Tools, Rules and Alerts. Cancel anything within there and he should
at least start seeing emails. Have you tried doing a Find and choose Mail I
Received or at least All Mail Folders?

It may be that it's going to the root of the Personal Folders file. In
outlook, right-click on "Personal Folders", choose Properties, and click on
the Home Page tab. Uncheck the box, click on Apply and see if the mail
appears.
