e-mail accounts

I have several e-mail accounts, which I have already setup under e-mail
accounts.
I have been trying to set up Outlook so that I can see each e-mail account
individually in the mail folders window, so far have not been able to figure
that out.
All I can see at the moment is the default Personal Folders, I want to see
and access all of my different e-mail acocunts in that window, just as can be
done in Windows Live Mail.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Cheers
Holger

You failed to mention the mail account types and your version of Outlook.
It's kinda really important to mention that.

Right-click on a column header and use Field Chooser to add the
"E-mail Account" field. Then you can see which account through which
an e-mail was received. I suppose you could even sort by that field.
Alternatively you could define a rule to move e-mails from each
account into their own folder, like create subfolders under the Inbox,
one for each account, and use rules to move newly received e-mails
into each subfolder based on which account was used to receive the new
e-mails.

Hi,

version is 2007 Ultimate.
E-mail accounts are standard pop/SMTP accounts, one is my business and I
have a couple of other accounts as well.
It was very easy to set up under Windows Live Mail.
I have already set up each e-mail account in Office Outlook, but cannot see
them in the Outlook window.
Cheers

By default POP3 accounts deliver to the same message store. You can change
this by going to your Account Settings, select an account and press the
Change Folder button.

Hi,
thanks for that, got it all sorted!
I did look at that area but was a bit worried that I may do something wrong
and create a problem.
Its allworking fine now!
