Outlook import/export help needed

By mistake I imported all my contacts and inbox into outlook from the wrong
yahoo account. How can i restore them back into that yahoo acocunt? (right
now the inbox of that yahoo acocunt is completely empty-all e-mails are
comming to outlook)

Aside from forwarding the messages to your self, you can't as Yahoo supports
POP3 only which is a download only protocol.
