Hello,
I am having trouble retreiving my 2004 tax returns that I e-filed using
Turbo Tax Deluxe. Both state and federal returns for myself and my Mother
are said to be "damaged". When I try to update Turbo Tax for the state and
fed, it will not update to 2005 even though it says it has downloaded all
current updates. Being the little dummy that I am, I am at a loss as to what
to do. I don't want to purchase the programs for 2005 when I am supposed to
be able to get free annual updates. (That is the penny pincher in me.)
Also, I have a PUP. I tried to get rid of it, but I am getting a message
that I can not delete it. I am not a hundred percent sure of what it is and
I am having trouble trying to find out EXACTLY what it contains. Any ideas?
This is not as urgent as my Turbo Tax problem is, though. I am wondering if
maybe I have to uninstall the Turbo Tax and then reinstall.?? If anyone has
an idea, I would be extremely grateful hearing it!
