not getting email from turbo tax

I am not getting emails from turbo tax that I know have been sent to me. I
was on online chat and she said she sent the email five times. It is for a
password request and I never received an email from another site for my
password request. Any ideas of what may be going on?

Do they have the correct address or can you give them a different one?
Make sure they are not going to Junk E-mail.
