Error 1606 Microsoft Money 2002 System Pack

I am a Quickbook user and am repeatedly getting the Error 1606 :"can't access
network location". It seems the Money 2002 system pack is interfering with
or pointing to Quickbooks. I do not use Money 2002, so I have attempted to
remove it. I recently installed Turbo Tax and am getting the same Error
1606 with it. Any help in removing this error and/or removing the Money
System Pack from my system would be apprecitated.

I searched MSKB for the error listed, and if references "incorrect"
permissions on some registry keys:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307683

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;886567

Either way, I can't see how MS Money would be preventing QB/Turbo Tax from
accessing items on the network?
