Trying to get printer properties

When I right click on properties for my printer, I get
these 2 messages:
1) Function address 0x77e7650d caused a protection fault.
(exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s)
may not be displayed.

2) The instruction at "0x77e7650d" referenced memory
at "0x6620ffff". The memory could not be "read".

Help anyone!!!!!

I did that already it did not work. I also tried

changing the drivers, that did not help either.
