Troubles with windows fax

I have read several posts and articals that make me think that we are lucky
to have this fax add on (Fax Transport system) work as long as it has. well
all of the sudden for no good reason it does not work so hot anymore. The
biggest issue is when adding more than one entry for sending fax we get
event ID 32090 Error code 4. We are trying to find a replacment software that
has all the features this little MS program did. Any suggestions?
