Trouble with publishing no user name/password box

I am having trouble with publishing my website. I have
done it may times in the past but when trying to get it
published today. I don't have get the usual pop-up box
asking for my user name and password. It says my
website is not recognized and to contact my host. My host
godadddy had me unistalled and reinstalled the
extentions. No luck.

I am thinking somehow I lost the user name/password box.

Help
 
The user name and password box is displayed as a result of a response from the server.
Can you open the site in your browser??
Also, make sure you have your web open in FrontPage and then select File > Publish web.. from the
toolbar.
