Publishing Trouble

Up until yesterday I have been successfully uploading file to my website
using Frontpage or SharePoint Services during the publishing process. Now I
can get as far as typing in my user name and password in the dialog box only
it won't take it and continues to kick it back. Just as a test, I tried
publishing using ftp and it worked, but of course my navigational bar are
missing. So my website for now is unusable. I've been working with my web
hosting tech support, they've tested the account and it worked properly, also
have tried uninstall/reinstall the program.

Use of FTP has probably corrupted the FP SE
- have your host run a repair on the FP SE and check the FP SE permissions
