Trouble Windows Explorer

I can't copy, change or add a new folder in Windows Explorer. When I
try to do so my explorer is stuck and I can't do a thing. When I
download stuff, there's no problem, a file is automatically added en
nothing goes wrong, but when I try to copy the file, or change it to an
other destinantion...trouble. It doesn't matter which file I try....I
tried to find out if it is virus, but my computer is clean! Please help
me!!!

sounds like you don't have administrative priviledges. check you user
account via control panel. you probably have to log in as an adiminstrator
before you can change the other logins.....

hhmmm...there seems nothing wrong with my priviledges....when I try to
make a new folder, rightclick mouse, my explorer is stuck, I have to
control-alt-delete to get out of the window.....
