Trouble using Photo Upload Tool/Control

I downloaded Photo Upload Tool to my computer. Now I can't attach a picture
to Hotmail acct. or upload pics to my house to share on message boards. When
I click on a file it says "No Images in File". I click on View Thumbnails
and nothing happens. I would uninstall but I can't locate it even after
doing a full system search. Appreciate any help.

Sorry, I didn't add that it was the MSN Photo Upload Tool. I have not had
any success accessing their help files. I am not sure where to e-mail to so
I can contact them. Nothing seems to apply to this problem when I look in
their Support.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I email microsoft describing the problem
but they never got back to me.

Did you solve that problems? how did u do it?

Thanks Kelly, but it didnt help. I think it is already installed in my pc,
but the problem is that it doesnt show any picture. When i click "attach,
pictures" it says "No photo in this folder." It just doesnt detect them.

Has someone had the same prolem? How can I fix it?

I deleted all temporary files trying to fix another problem. I decided to
try to download a picture just to check if it would work yet and it asked if
I wanted to install the Photo Upload Tool. I don't know why it disappeared,
but I am so glad it did and I will never install it again. I feel like
deleting temp. files somehow removed it from my computer. I did delete the
files in Windows Temp Files, also. I hope you get this figured out Nesh as I
know how frustrating this is.
