Trouble starting print spooler service

My print spooler service is stopped. When I try to start it, I get System
Error 1075: The Dependency service does not exist or has been marked for
deletion. I may have deleted a necessary file from the registry while
cleaning out some malware. Is there a painless way to reinstall this service
(I hope)?

I am so relieved to get this problem fixed. I have not had printer service
for a week, wand was about to call the Geek Squad. You guys are the
