trouble signing in to windows mail server

I am pretty new to this. I have recently gotten a new computer, but I cannot
remember what the Windows email password or id is? Can anyone out there help
me out to reset this account up. It would be Greatly appreciated.
 
You could call your ISP to get the user name, and they can reset your
password. We would have no clue as to what it is.
