Might be a problem in relation to my popup blocker but I haven't changed any
settings on it and it has never been a problem in the past. I use Norton for
internet security and have all the latest updates but even opening this
window (a new window that automatically pops up for asking a new question in
the support group) was a problem. There is a sound that comes when I attempt
to open these links... it's and strange deep bleep sound like as if something
was blocked... it is actually the same sound as used when my computer
recognizes a new device (USB port, Webcam, etc).
Please, if anyone can help me restore my computer to the way it was before
and help me regain the option to open these links it would be greatly
appreciated.
