Trojan Bus virus?

How does one get rid of this virus - or verify they have it? I was told by
another that one of my photographs sent had it. What would be your
recommendations for the best anit-virus software to purchase for a home user
and a part home-office individual that isn't too 'up' on computers? Thank you.

I use Ad-Aware SE Personal edition. It's a free download and catches
everything that's bad on your computer. Here's the website:

hi,
Ad-aware from lavasoft will not remove virus. it will
remored spyware.
get either Norton or mcafee.
I use mcafee with real good results but i've been told
that norton is pretty good too. no personal experiance
with it.
