Transfer files without duplicating

At some point I copied my entire "Music Library" to an external hard drive
for portability and for the protection of having a back up copy. Since then
I have added files, separately, to both locations. Is there any way to mass
transfer my "Music Library" from one drive to the other without duplicating
existing files, in an effort to update between the two? Unfortunately, the
path is deep: Music Library/Artists/Albums/Tracks. Thanks for any
suggestions, Rick
