Tracking Read Messages

In Outlook 2003, I sent out a message to our entire staff (375 employees) and
need to know who has and has not read their e-mail. I turned on the
tracking, and am aware that the receipient has the right to not send a
receipt back; however, only about 5 of the 150 read receipts that I was sent
have been recorded on the tracking tab of the e-mail. I created a rule to
put all of the receipts in a different folder. Is this causing the issue?
Is there anything I can do to fix this and update the tracking tab?

Hi Jamie

Have you opened all the read receipts you have received. If they are
unopened then they may not show in the tracking.

I have had experience of tracking not working when the read receipts are
moved into a different folder. Unfortunately we were unable to find the
solution.
