Show tracking in the email

Outlook stopped storing tracking info in the email sent. The show tab never
appears eventhough i get the receipt in the inbox it never connects to the
email like it used to. Any suggestions? I use the tracking when emails are
journaled, without it, I have to journal the read receipts too. Thanks!

is the original still in the sent folder when the receipt is returned? does
the receipt have the receipt icon or a normal mail icon?

It doesn't matter if it is in the sent box, or journal. Still has the normal
mail icon. It used to work until about a week ago. Don't think I changed
anything.
