READ receipts not being tracked on orig sent message

I'm receiving READ receipts as I requested, but when I open the original
message I sent and go to the TRACKING tab, the only tracking of READ receipts
is those in my own office. I'm more concerned that the external emails I
sent can be tracked as Read or Not Read.

Unless you're sending to recipients using really old versions of Outlook, you
may not receive read receipts back. I believe from Outlook 2002 (XP) and
newer, you have the option to deny sending a read receipts. In addition, many
servers don't process read receipts and won't send them. They often get stuck
in people's Outboxes instead.
