Track history

Hi,

I have a number of emails in Outlook 2003 at work which contain sensitive
information, someone else used my computer last week and I have suspicions
that these emails might have been read by the wrong people.

Is it possible to track the reading history of an email received? I would
like to see all the times the email was opened up. I hope this is possible,
any help is appreciated,

L

Add the Modified field to the columns in your Inbox.

No, that is not possible. The modified time will show the time it was last
changed, but not necessarily when it was last read. If the message was
already marked read, the modified field will show the time you read it, not
later read times.

Oh right. I assumed the Modified date changed every time the email was
opened.....

It's not possible to track reading times. Why would you not have logged out
or locked your account so that no one else can access it?
