Some emails I receive do not show info in the message box.

Recently I was selected stationery in my Outlook, later I changed it to no
stationery. Now, when I receive email from two separate individuals the
message box is empty. I still receive complete emails from others - just not
from these two people. Did I press a wrong button in my Outlook? I tried to
back track to see what I might have done wrong but I cannot figure it out. I
forwarded their emails to another email account that I have; the message box
contents were then visible.

Stationery should not affect incoming mail. A more likely cause is a virus
scanner scanning incoming email. What type of email account do those two
use? Are they from the same domain or use the same mail client to compose
the messages?
