Rejecting Emails Without Certain Words

P

Phil

Wondering if someone out there can help...

I know it's possible to reject emails that contain certain words - but is the reverse also possible.

Can Outlook automatically reject an email that DOES NOT contain a certain word?

Any suggestions - even if it's "give up there's no chance" will be gratefully received

Cheers

When you say "reject", what exactly do you mean?

Create a rule that deletes ALL messages and add the "except if the body
contains _specific words_" exception.

You cannot reject mail from an email client; this must be done on the
server side.
