When I copy my songs from the computer to the cd, track 1
will be blank. I have windows media player 9.0 for xp.
The cd shows track 1 is there but when it is played it is
blank. The whole length of the track is there but no
music. Can anyone help?
Do other tracks play? If not, make sure the CD is set to play
digitally, and the CD Digital and CD Audio, and Volume mute boxes are
not checked in the Mixer. If they are OK, then:
If you use Media Player 9, browse it to the CD, and choose
track01.cda and it says:
"
The selected file has a file scheme that is not recognized by Windows
Media Player, but the Player may be able to play it. Because the
extension is unknown by the Player, you should be sure that the file
comes from a trustworthy source.
Do you want the Player to try to play the file?"
then you have the same problem I do. Too bad, because I've tried a lot
of things without success..
There is one CD player that will play, called CDex, but it is
primarily a track ripper.
Winamp3 and iTunes do not work.
