toshiba m30 boot sequence

anyone know how i might change the boot sequence on a toshiba m30 -344.
its a german laptop but i want english widows on it...
i pressed f8 but cant understand sh/t. (its in german) ive selected all the
different options but it looks more like the normal "safe mode - start
normally with network,,blah blah"
im new to these laptops, on my desktop, i just hit "del" to get into the
bios
..
any ideas
