Toolbar will not unlock

I just upgraded IE7. My problem is I have too many toolbars on top of the
browser and I cannot unlock two of them. These are the new toolbars that
came with IE7. I’ve already closed the TAB toolbar because it is not needed.
But the other three toolbars are taking up too much space. I can move and
unlock the 'Menu' toolbar when I go to menu/view/toolbars or right click and
uncheck lock toolbar. But I cannot unlock the two new toolbars (one is the
navagtion window and other is icons for history,fav,tools ect.,). One which
uses an icon for 'tools". When I click the icon tools/toolbars lock, it will
not uncheck. This makes it impossible to move the toolbars, to try to combine
them. I've tried to do the customize toolbar, but it does not help it only
lets you move the order they're in. Does this make sense to anyone? Any
solutions out there?

And who are you? I am looking for a discussion group that can handle my
question. So far I found none that discuss IE7 .

Because of your multi-posting instead of cross-posting, many knowledgeable
people are skipping your post. If you cross posted instead, you'd only have
to check one group to see any responses, and others, once they read your
post on one group, will have it marked as "read" in the other groups, thus
keeping clutter out of the way.
You seriously limit the number of responses you might get by
multi-posting, plus have to do a lot more work visiting every newsgroup you
posted to, in order t look for responses.

In general it's considered rude & crude and catches a lot of newbies by
surprise.
