customize task bar

I have been setting my task bar. WHY oh why when I uncheck language bar does
it still show after a reboot? I have used the unlock and added a couple new
toolbars and always uncheck the language bar, then lock the taskbar, but
those language icons always come back and the language bar has a check mark?

1) Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - Languages tab - Details
button
[OR Click Start > Run > Type: control input.dll and click OK]

2) Click on "Language Bat" under Preference

3) Set the options and click OK > OK
