On the taskbar on the bottom right the language bar
always comes up so I right click the bar, click toolbars,
and uncheck language bar. Every time I restart though it
comes back up. How can I not have it come back up? Please
respond by email: (e-mail address removed) Thanks

Most people are not going to respond to you via email. These newsgroups are
public forum for all of us to learn and share ideas. Why would you want to
keep the answer you seek to yourself, when someone else may have the same
problem?

Check your Startup folder on your START menu and be sure that the Language
Bar is not being started automatically there.

Remove the language bar again and then go to Control Panel/Regional and
Language Options/Languages Tab/Details Button/Advanced Tab. Place a check
mark in the "Turn off advanced text services" option.
