language bar toolbar on taskbar

Recently the language bar started to show up, and even if I tell it to
go away by clicking the taskbar and unchecking the language bar, it
comes back when I reboot. I don't know what I installed to make the
language bar show up, but I know at my school the same toolbar shows up.
How can I remove it for good?
