Just noticed that when I went to Accessories>System Tools>clicked on System
information , nothing happens.
I went to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo
renamed the file Msinfo32.exe , rebooted , file was regenerated and still
do not work
Any Ideas
Thanks
Bob

I posted that last too fast. After looking at device manager for damaged
hardware, try running the command:

sfc /scannow

to replace all damaged system files. (It will take ten minutes or so.)
Restart and try msinfo32 again.

My pc is a Dell does it make a difference
