Tool option problem

When I go to tool and options I get the following
message, "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer." This is on my
own personal laptop.

Any idea's?

Dan,

Have you enabled the following options in SpyBot?: [Tip from Mike Burgess, MVP]
"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE"

Workaround: You can still open the Internet Options via Control Panel, or by running "Control Inetcpl.cpl" command in the RUN box.
