Time problem

My clock on the taskbar for some reason keeps on speeding up and I keep on
having to synchronize it. What would cause this and how can I fix it so the
time is displayed correctly all the time?

I'm not sure what causes it but if you double click on the time you will get
a pop up window. Click on the internet time tab and type in time.nist.gov.
Then click update now. This will regularly synch your pc to the national
institute of standards time server which is linked to the atomic clock at
the naval observatory (the Vice President's Residence). You shouldn't have
any more problems.
