Tiling Windows nuisance

I have a computer running XP Home SP2. Internet Explorer 6 SP2 is my
web browser. A few days ago, I used the 'Tile Windows Vertically' option so
I could view two windows at the same time. Since then, IE will
occasionally, but not always, open up in the vertical shape. How the heck
do I turn this off?

What I mean is that the IE window will only be half the screen.

The next time you see a window like that, drag out the edges into a more
pleasing shape. Resizing manually will update the data streams which hold
that memory, simply maximizing the window will not.

Make sure that I.E. isn't in Maximize mode, that it's in Normal Window mode, then drag the
edges of the window until it fills the screen, then exit I.E.. Open I.E. again, and see
if the problem is solved.
