I have a strange situation with WindowsXP Media. This in on a home desktop
pc. I have three user profiles set up, which has been fine for four years.
Suddenly on one profile I cannot get Explorer to display as a window. When I
select the shortcut for Explorer a tile displays on the Start bar, but will
not open as a window. When I select the tile on the Start bar the image of
the tile flies off at a 33 degree angle to the right of the screen and
disappears
