Window Tiling

I have Microsoft XP on my computer. Commands that do not
seem to work is the Tile Windows horizontally and
vertically command. What is wrong? I cannot seem to tile,
for example two Web pages or two pages from Word or
Excel.

Tiling within apps controlled by the app not XP. I don't think that
Internet Explorer has that capability. Word does it via the Menu:
Window/Arrange all command.

To tile on the desktop, launch muliple applicatoins. Enlarge the two yo
want, e.g. 3 copies of IE, then right mouse click on the toolbar and
select the command.
