thumbnails

I cannot view thumbnail images in any windows explorer
windows. I've changed the view to Thumbnails and all I
get is the generic "jpg" image, not the actual image. The
same files show up properly as thumbnails on other
computers on our office network. Has anyone encountered a
similar problem?

Eric:

Go to Start --> Run

and execute the following command line (You can copy and paste)....

%windir%\system32\regsvr32.exe %windir%\system32\thumbvw.dll
