Viewing Thumnail Images

I cannot view thumbnail images in any windows explorer
windows. I've changed the view to Thumbnails and all I
get is the generic "jpg" image, not the actual image. The
same files show up properly as thumbnails on other
computers on our office network. Has anyone encountered a
similar problem?

Yes it happened to me after upgrade from Office 2000 to
OfficeXP, if you think that your problem is related go
