Thumbnails will not display (Part 2)!!

I tried replying to my original e-mail, but have not yet heard a reply.
Anyway, I tried running the command, however, I got the following error
message:

LoadLibrary("shimgvw.dll") failed - The system cannot find the file specified.

How can I reload this file?

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW
 
Replied to the original thread. Plus, I would appreciate if you can send a copy of the corrupt shimgvw.dll (zipped) via e-mail.
