"This is SPAM" button no longer shows up

The "This is SPAM" button (red flag) as well as the "This is not SPAM" button
no longer show up in Outlook. I have searched the Internet and browsed user
groups and forum to find a solution, but without success. Grateful if anyone
can help out. Thanks!

Johan that message was made by some add-in software that you had working and
is now not working.

What anti Spam software was it? Nortons, McAffee etc. What did you do to
stop it working?

It's not an issue about Outlook.

Hi Judy. Thanks a lot for you help - it seems to be a plug-in from our
anti-SPAM application (Panda ClientShield). I managed to reactivate it
(Help-->About-->Inactivated Objects).

That might indicate the current version of the plug-in is not compatible
under whatever is your current version of Outlook which was not
identified. Go to the vendor's web site and check if there is an
updated version of their plug-in.

The same thing just happend to me, how did you fix it? I just installed a
new version of my Norton today.

I put on Norton 360, I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not?

Interested in finding my button, I miss it!!!

An add-in, not outlook installed that button. Is norton the only antispam
scanner you have installed?
