"this is spam" button

In Outlook 2003, the "this is spam" button disappeared after the latest
security pack download...can't find the button in the list of toolbar
items...any ideas?

that was installed by a 3rd party utility - see if anything is listed in
Help, About, disabled items menu. if an anti spam program is, enable it and
see if the tool comes back.
