Outlook Toolbar question

There was a toolbar on my outlook 2003 under the standard toolbar that had a
button to indicate a message was not junk and also buttons related to my
Norton Antispam program to indicate that a message was or was not spam. All
of a sudden this toolbar disappeared and I can't get it back????!?!?! ANy
ideas? Thanks.
