microsoft outlook and norton antispam toolbar conflict

Last week I got a Hp Ipaq. When I synced it to my computer, my email program
changed from outlook express to microsoft outlook. I had previously been
running norton antispam on outlook express. Now I can not keep the Norton
toolbar in my email program (omocrosoft outlook). It disappears!!! I have
uninstalled Norton antispam and upon reinstall the toolbar reappears only to
disappear again. Please advise how to correct.

Problems with Norton very often require you to remove it in a specific way -
not necessarily add/remove - prior to reinstalling.
See Symantec web site for advice, as its a Norton prob.
