outlook 2003 and norton antispam problem

i have outlook 2003 and norton 360, downloaded the add-in norton antispam for
outllok. since then whenever i try to move an e-mail from the junk folder to
the inbox, or occasionally when outlook does a send/receive, i will get the
outlook has encountered and error and needs to close. never had problem
before the antispam add-in. are there any known conflicts between the two
programs? or is there a setting that i need to change? any help would be
appreciated.

as a side note i spent over an hour with norton tech. trying to fix this
problem. there position is that this is a windows problem not a symantec
problem.

Well they would say that wouldnt they?
But then all was fine untill you installed the addin, what more can I say?
