Norton Antispam Not Loading in Outlook

Guest

Hi,

For some reason when I open Outlook Norton Antispam does not load with it.
The Antispam toolbar is missing and messages that Anitspam normally catches
as spam and directs to the Norton Antispam folder are instead directed to the
inbox. I need to do a restart of the computer before the problem is
corrected. Sometimes 1 restart doesn't solve the problem and I need to do it
again.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it.

Tried reinstalling/updating the add-in already?

-FREE tool; QuickMail. Create new Outlook items anywhere from within Windows

I haven't tried that. The add-in is a part of Norton Internet Security 2005,
and I would have to re-install the whole program not just the add-in.

I will try that now I guess. Thanks!

Ask Symantec. Use their web forms to submit questions regarding their
products. They respond in about 3 business days.
