norton antispam buttons

Why don't the norton antispam buttons/toolbar appear each time I start up
outlook?
Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Norton is always running, and
always shows antispam as "on"

Check with Symantec help on this. Sounds like the addin isn't always loading
properly.
