Antispam not blocking

Norton Antispam emails are coming through when they didn't used to. A
message appeared and I accidentally clicked on it fast and also didn't read
it. I remember it saying something about the antispam, but I clicked on it
so fast it went away. Now, all antispam emails come through Outlook when
they used to go into their own folder (they now come in through Inbox). They
also preceed every subject line with [Norton AntiSpam] and then show the
subject.

How do I make these go back into their own Norton AntiSpam folder like they
used to?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
