Outlook toolbar info

Sometimes the Norton Antispam toolbar is there & sometimes not.
checked my add-in & it is checked. I checked Norton & it i
also checked. How can I make the toolbar appear all the time. Th
folder is always there. When I get email it has it marked Norto
antispam, but goes into the inbox instead of the antispam folder whe
the toolbar is not up

are you using activesync to sync with a pda? using some other program that
accesses outlook's data before you open outlook? when outlook is loaded by
another application it only loads partially and addins aren't always loaded.
When you open outlook later using a shortcut, the addins may not load
completely - so no toolbars.
